General Conditions of Sale

Purchase Procedure: The order request sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual offer to purchase and involves the complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions. Confirmation of the Customer’s order request is made through an automatic reply sent to the Customer's email address. This automatic reply only confirms receipt of the customer’s purchase request. The confirmation message will indicate the 'Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with MUSEO DEL CICLISMO MADONNA DEL GHISALLO. Each order is visible by the Customer in his personal account on the WebSite. As soon as the order is fulfilled, the personal account will be updated.

In case of non-acceptance, THE MADONNA DEL GHISALLO CYCLING MUSEUM, will notify the Customer by e-mail. By submitting an order request, the Customer declares that he has read all the terms and conditions provided to him during the purchase procedure, and accepts in full the General Terms and Payment Conditions described herein.
Product prices, delivery costs and product availability
All product prices are clearly indicated on the Website and are intended to include VAT. They shall not include any other fees, taxes or duties provided for by laws applicable in the event of importation.
